Requisites to be our Customer
The services provided by our firm are of public access to all who require them. Service descriptions, tariffs, service access requisites and rules to operate within the port precinct, are described in the “Manual of Service Regulations” found on the website’s “Information” menu.
To those customers who operate with us frequently, or those who wish to do so, we offer the possibility of using our services in an agile way, paying after 15 working days from the bill emission. For this service, you need to fulfil two previous requisites:
- To present a Bank Warranty Bill to ensure the timely payment of services. The sum will be established case by case by the company, depending on the volume of your operations.
- To present an insurance policy for Extra Contractual Civil Responsibilities, covering harm or damage done to employees or patrimony belonging to the company or a third party. The sum and specifications will be established case by case by the company, depending on the nature of each customer’s operations.
